Mongolia, Bhutan election officials to witness preps
Panaji: Two representatives each of the election management bodies of Bhutan and Mongolia along with 17 journalists from Bhutan and Israel will be in Goa during the election to witness the pre-poll and polling process, chief electoral officer Ramesh Verma said.
They will be accompanied by a liaison officer deputed from the ministry of external affairs, New Delhi.
They will visit polling stations and speak to voters to learn more about their voting experience, he said. tnn
The four-member delegation include the chief election commissioner of Bhutan and the director of election commission of Bhutan, foreign relationship officer of the election commission of Mongolia, and an election officer of Mongolia.
